It took two months to complete the discovery stage and provide an estimate and a plan for the actual implementation work. During this period, our developers kept in touch with Volvo Trucks technical experts and discussed numerous issues with them. Despite huge expertise in the field, the sphere of blockchain wasn’t familiar for them at that time. For that reason, our company acted as a consultant by describing how the blockchain system works.
The development stage continued for 6 months. Following a detailed technical assignment, the team created MVP, and started testing the system. Time after time, new data appeared in the process of testing, making developers modify the code accordingly. The verification of expected features and functionalities required several iterations, until all issues were solved along the way.
There was no delivery stage, so the company didn’t integrate the system to Volvo Trucks.
